For workers in many industries it is now either a legal requirement or a key licence condition that all staff attend continuing education programs. At a minimum, good corporate governance practices dictate that staff attend induction training and ongoing training in key areas such as Occupational Health & Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity.
To assist clients to maintain appropriate records, Premium has developed a simple training and education administration program that contains procedures for establishing a training register, developing individual training plans and evaluating internal and external training programs.
