| With over 20 years commercial law experience, James has held a variety of senior legal and management positions, both within Australia and internationally. After working as a partner in several leading Sydney law firms, James was one of the founders of ALR Corporation, a company which he led from start-up to a position of industry leadership and subsequent exit.
James has extensive experience in the design and implementation of risk management, compliance, dispute resolution, operations and human resource management systems with both publicly listed and small to medium-sized enterprises.

| David has over 10 years experience in commercial law. As well as having extensive private practice experience, David has held senior management positions in both publicly listed and small to medium sized enterprises in Australia and has worked in-house for a market regulator in the United Kingdom. With primary expertise in corporate governance and workplace relations. David’s practice consists mainly of assisting client organisations to implement the legal infrastructure required to ensure that they meet and exceed their legal and regulatory compliance and governance obligations.
David holds an MBA from Oxford University and a Masters in Law from the University of Sydney.

| Andrew has more than fifteen years experience providing skilled and practical guidance as a solicitor and work place advisor. He was a Partner at PriceWaterHouse Coopers and has specific expertise in the areas of: Occupational Health and Safety; Discrimination; Employment Contracts; Workplace Policies; Enterprise Bargaining; Union Disputes; Workplace Restructuring; Commercial Supply/Service agreements; and Franchising advice
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Specialist Accrediation qualification from the Law Society of NSW. He is a member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors, the NSW Chamber of Commerce, the Australian Institute of Human Resources, the Law Society of NSW, the Property Council of Australia and is on the Occupational Health and Safety committee of the Property Council of Australia.

She has over 10 years experience with one of Australia's largest banking corporations, where at their head office in Melbourne, her roles included National Equal Opportunity Advisor and Graduate Recruitment and Personnel Manager for one of the Business Units.
